Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Just distance yourself. You do not deserve such an ill treatment. You deserve to be happy. Let go what troubles you.

Self care is paramount, spend time alone, doing things that recharge your batteries. Self care looks different to each person but it is key to spend some time each day doing something that your tomorrow self will thank you for. Surround yourself with people who make you feel safe, strong and a sense of self pride. The moment you feel like a situation is not serving you, simply take yourself out of it. Recognise that saying no in order to look after yourself is the most important thing, as you actually are the centre of your own universe and your universe needs you to be awesomely whole and amazing.
