Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

You will best get over your guilt when you can forgive yourself it won't be easy because but its possible. The moment you can forgive yourself so will heal and not feel that guilt you have inside you.
We all make mistakes in life. From my personal experience, I had to forgive myself first. It’s so hard to move on when you haven’t released the negative energy. You have to accept what you did wrong and learn from your mistakes to be able to move on. Sometimesetting the person know how sorry you are can help. You just have to remember that sometimes people are not going to easily accept your apology when you have done wrong to them. But you have to forgive yourself to move on

You need to learn to forgive yourself.
And most importantly, promise yourself that you won't do such thing ever again. If possible try to apologize to both persons. Don't expect forgiveness, and accept the fact that not everyone has a huge heart to forgive everyone. Think it this way, what if your partner has cheated on you , what would you do?
You have yoru answer,
All you need to do is to learn to forgive yourself.
