The future is full of possibilities and these realm of possibilities mean our mind will try to predict what can happen. 'Can' and not 'will'. So when you want something good to happen but you fear something bad can happen, you imagine all the possibilities that can happen. That's why we get anxious about our future. We try to live in our future, we want to secure it, we want to have assurance that it will be good.
Anxiety for me is all about the unknown. It creeps in the shadows of uncertainty about relationships, our studies, our work, and our future. If you are someone who is prone to anxiety, that uncertainty in your future can make you anxious. However, you can manage it by taking constructive steps to plan out your future. Your life may not follow that plan. In fact, it probably won't, however having a plan for the future will be a positive step in managing your anxiety about the future.
We get too anxious about our future because we never know what is going to happen in the future. We don't know if we are going to get into the college we want, get the job we want, have the type of family that we want. The future is full of unanswered questions.

Well, I'm not sure exactly, but I can say that, in my opinion, we look at where we want to go, who we want to be and how we're going to get there, and it's just daunting when you look ahead like that,a whole world of obstacles and what-ifs! I guess that's why...
When we face reality , we get scared. we get scared that we are not acting the way we should in order to achieve our dreams. It makes us worried eventually.

we suddenly get too anxious about our future because we aren't able to predict how it will be like. We give out pretty expectations about our future and later on feeling scared that we won't be able to live up to that
The future is something that is unknown. There's no definite answer no matter how much you try to find one which can be very frightening and intimidating.
I think this is because we feel that the future is beyond our control so we wonder "What if this happens? What if that happens?I'd better not do it! And if that was to happen, how will I control it?". So basically I think the anxiety comes from our own insecurities and our own personal desire to control everything around us. All we need is to let go..

It is the unknown. Things are always scary when we don't know what is happening, or going to happen, and when we can't control it. The future is something that comes from our present. That is why we need to live our lives and be open to new experiences and opportunities, while keeping our minds sharp and making good choices. That is a way we can have control over our futures and lessen the anxiety.
The future is daunting as there are plenty of unknowns things which contribute to its overall makeup; the future is comprised of the unknown; the future is unknown and sometimes these uncertainties take a toll on us, causing us to panic, to be anxious, to be unconfident and fearful; its important to stay optimistic and positive, to pursue opportunities with an open mind, to live life to the fullest. You can do it, just take it one step at a time, breathe in and out.
Our feelings are often tied to our thoughts. Recalling something we have recently observed and the thought associated with it can help us determine what we are feeling anxious about. For example, realizing that the end of a school semester is just around the corner could make someone think "I am not prepared~" leading to anxiety about the future. Some anxiety is natural and signal a need to act. However, in becoming too anxious, we need to follow our thoughts, identify our area of anxiety and work on challenging beliefs and behaviors associated with that anxiety. It may be something we can prevent or lessen once we allow ourselves to focus on the thought and think of it rationally instead of emotionally.

We can't get it done, All the contrast that was taught to us and inspire us to act and we cannot complete it. Cannot find the end to happiness, the end to sadness, the end to pain, the end to love. Not until the moment we die, for there is the end. And it is beautiful in a way, for if you could get any of those things done, then you could not want for them again, they would cease to exist.
I;m side stepping the question and not really making sense.

When we are born, people don't expect us to know our future plans, but as soon as we're teenagers, people start to expect that we know what we're going to do with our lives. We feel pressured to grow up, but pressure causes us to make more mistakes and we're afraid to do something wrong.
Every one wants his/her future as bed of roses but believe me if you haven't gone through thrones you won't find it too good untill you are born with a golden spoon. Thats the only reason about over anxiety
We get anxtious about the future when we think there is no way that we can control what's going to happen. We want to know and be able to control everything. So the idea that we might have no part in our future worries us. I think focusing on certain things that we are now controling and believing in ourselves that we can make a change would probably decrease the anxiety. And also us trying forgive ourselves for the times that didn't turn out well in the past would help a lot.
Most people are naturally anxious about the unknown. The future can be a scary unknown place but you can resolve this by having goals. Try not to think to far ahead and try not to think of too much at once as that can be overwhelming.
Focus on small parts of your future, if they are unknown think if where you would like to be, what your goal for this part of your future should be. Then research and think about the steps needed to achieve that goal. Write all of this down then move on to the next goal.
Having some structure and goals to work towards will help create a plan for your future. A written list full of solutions is a lot less scary than a head full of unknowns.
For we live in a fast paced world and the future is what everyone is working towards. For example people go to college to get a good job that pays the bills in the future. I feel as it is human nature just to wonder what the future has in store for us.
The future can be both an exciting and scary prospect. On the one hand, it's full of incredible possibilities. On the other, it's rife with possible negative ones as well. Even more exciting or frightening is that all of these things are undetermined and uncertain. It's no wonder that we can become anxious about the future!
Now why would we get *suddenly* anxious? It likely stems from a fear of an impending negative future, and something has triggered this anxiety. Generally this means that you're jumping straight towards a negative future without accounting for everything that can happen in between now and then. In it's severe form, this fear can almost manifest in your body having a "fight or flight" response.
But how can we address this issue? It will depend on the severity to which it impacts you. If it's not interfering with your life in a consequential way, there are many strategies you can do on your own. You'll find some good suggestions on this site's anxiety module: https://www.7cups.com/anxiety-help. If it's interfering with your ability to function, then it's a good idea to seek medical advice from a family physician.

We get anxious because of the unknown. When we dont have control or "know" things, it makes us anxious.

Because we haven't "truly" figured out what we want to happen in the future to ourselves and our lives. It's completely mind bottling to think of the future which sends a lot of us into a raging panic, Even though we can only control today and only today, But Tomorrow, Weeks from now, Months from now, Even Years from now... We cannot control then, But we can control now.
Because in pure lives we moves stop gay constantly that when everything else around us slows down and tells us to "stop and smell the roses" we are to fixed on doing things instead of enjoying life.

Because we don't know what is coming in the future so we worry about bad things that will happen and good things that will happen
Future is something we cannot see.. Just anticipate, when we have to struggle through our p[resent continuously.. We start worrying more and more to make "What is yet to come" As Better As we can!
In all honesty, personally, I think it's society. Society has taught us that if we do not do something which is considered 'respectable' to other people, we are not the best version of ourselves, This is un true, it is healthy to have some worry about you're future, but what matters most is your health and happiness
When we don't know something getting anxious is a normal thing. It's like to have anxiety test (cause you really don't know how your teacher will prepare it) or have fear by doing something we've never done before. So the future holds these many things , but we do not know what because we can not predict the future , and from this stems our anxiety / fear.
because we are yet to know that it is going to be beautiful. it wont be the same ur amazing and beautiful
It's natural to worry about our future, it's something we don't know and we want to be happy in. Unknown things are known to be scary, especially if there's pressure to be good at said thing.
The future is uncertain, out of out control, and there are so many possibility it can make our head spin. We have to realize that we really don't have a firm hand on the future and cannot direct it where we want it to go. Instead we must accept what happens.

probably because no matter how much of today we control we still don't know what is going to happen tomorrow.
I sometimes get anxious about the future because it is unknown and can be seen as unpredictable. I help manage my anxiety by setting measurable, manageable goals for myself and by trying to live for the present instead of worrying about what might happen in the future.
