I do the same thing...I am still a kid. And it seems everything I know about myself I doubt. I can't tell if I have issues or if I'm just being parranoid. I have my good days and my bad days. I absolutely hate it. And I seriously hope I will one day know who I am and not be the lost person I am today.
You doubt yourself as well every single thing in your life beacuse you think too much. Overthinking makes you doubt every single thing . Try not to overthink matters. Do what your heart wants . Think only when logical thinking is needed. Be positve about outcomes . Afterall whats the worst that can happen ! ^_^

You may be struggling with a lack of self-confidence. Not only do you doubt your own abilities, but you may be elevating others around you in addition, making the experience all the more isolating. Consider whether or not you should really be doubting yourself; is it logical to doubt your abilities? It's a bit of a self-fulfilling prophesy, really; how can you hope to succeed if you don't even believe in yourself? Focus on those feelings first, and on what's causing them. When all else fails, don't be afraid to reach out for help. We're here for you.
Doubting ourselves in nearly every way can be caused by different factors. It can be possible that, you really have that low self-esteem and self-trust. You may have want to seek assurance and favor from other people to affirm and confirm your worth. However, this can also be brought by the fear of being rejected in making efforts on things so you either wait for someone to tell you exactly what you will do or go and take the risk. Factors such as having traumatic experiences on rejection or hurtful experiences can also affect the way you trust yourself.
it sounds like you need someone to talk to your problems about sweetheart message me anytime i'll help

Because you might assume you aren't good at something, so you start doubting. You never know until you try. You only have one life, do something that will make you remember it for 30+ years.
The main reason people feel doubt in themselves is because they are insecure for what they have and do not have self confidence in the choices they chose. The second part is the bulk of the reason why. The best way to counter this is start with what you know and bridge out from that. Start from decisions that you have 100% confidence and slowly change that. It will be a long process without a doubt, but a necessary process.
I do this because I'm surrounded by highly talented and capable people who have done things to be proud of. And sadly, all of their stories are nothing like mine. I so desperately try to find something that I did in a similar manner, but don't. That's when the doubts crop up.
because whatever thoughts ( negative) that your thinking others have put into your head. have you ever tried of motivational meditation
Well it depends on how you view yourself too. If your viewing yourself negatively that is why you would doubt yourself but if you view yourself postivily it is possible that your doubt is brough on by something or someone else. Am I right?
When life gets hard and bad things tend to happen to use seemingly on the regular. It's natural to blame yourself and these negative feelings toward yourself form to become doubts. But really, the situation that was tough CAN be overcome. Believe in yourself and you may be surprised that not everything you do leads to failure
The basis is not believing in one's self and not trusting yourself either. Root cause of doubt. mastering this concept can bechallenging , but a great gift to yourself.
Doubt comes from fear the opposite of fear is love. Doubt is when you are uncertain and lacking in faith. Believing in yourself is the first step to letting go of doubt. Doubt comes form the ego where you question your own abilities and you lack confidence. Where there is love there is no doublt.
There are times when you feel like you can list 101 things to be unsure of or that could possible go wrong.
However we then forget the 1 and only thing that is the most meaningful, and fulfilling, that gives us the greatest happiness. :) Sometimes we all doubt ourselves, but from a past experience, you must admit that it is always worth the risk!

Because we always see ourselves as a loser, we don't believe in ourselves which is a bad thing because at the end of the day the only thing that we have is ourselves. I believe that I am the only one who knows myself better than the other people around me so I think that we must not doubt our skills and continue doing what we think is right and continue enjoying doing things we love. We may doubt ourselves in sometimes but I know that better days will come and that day was when the day that we stop doubting ourselves.
