Since doing EMDR with my therapist I feel like my anxiety is higher, is that normal?

This is completely normal! I would recommend you speak with your therapist about how your feeling and maybe she could give you more advice on coping with your anxiety!
It can be felt but it will reduce continuously... If its not talk to your therapist. Then he will realise that you need different type of therapy or not.
The purpose of EMDR is to reduce your PTSD symptoms. Speak to your doctor about your progress. They will determine where in your treatment this is normal or exacerbated.
