Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

It is normal to have pent up energy and not know what to do with it because you may got excited or something great is about to happen to you and than you are left to finding ways to use the positive energy to help you calm down you may just don't know it yet

Absolutely! Finding things to do can be hard sometimes, but even just getting up and going for a walk can be a good solution. Whenever I have too much energy, I try to find something productive to do. I usually will do things around the house. For example, I can clean dishes, or shower, or make some food either for today or prep my meals for the week. Other things you can do include working out, playing with pets if you have any, or talking to people in your life. You can go out with them, or even stay in!
Yes it is normal, many people have pent up energy. Sometimes it is just a case of finding the right thing to help release this energy. For me personally, going on a walk helps (physical exertion).
This happens to me often. I've found that the best way to use this energy is to find a new hobby and try new things. You might end up finding something that you love!

Definitely! That's great you have all this energy. Exercise can be a great way to release some of that excess energy. Then after you feel calmer you could take some time to plan, and create meaningful goals for yourself. It might not be a bad idea to revisit these goals when your feeling down to flesh them out a bit and make them more realistic. When were excited, angry, or feeling other emotions that create energy, there can be a tendency to idealize things. Feeling energy emotions is a wonderful glorious thing, that being said these emotions are like children and requires a great deal of self-compassion, someone who is willing to listen to each, and a person who is strong enough to lead, rather then be led by any one emotion.
I think it is normal to have pent up energy but not know what to do with it. When I have pent up energy, I usually exercise(like take a walk) or write/draw. I don't think pent up energy is bad, it just means that you haven't done as much stuff as you normally have! Which is completely fine! Just try something new, like go biking, hang out with friends, even try a new sport! Anything to get your body going and release that pent-up energy in a positive manner, just as you should release ALL energy in a positive manner.
