When you're super nervous, it's good to start with basics. Just breathing. It can be difficult in the moment to actually breath in and out, but some attention there can sometimes do the trick. Also checking to make sure that you've had water and some food in your belly, maybe sitting down, and maybe just going outside can all be helpful. Or try grounding exercises like really planting your feet down and feeling that connection to the earth, or getting moving with some jump ropes or jogging. For me it's all about checking in with my needs and getting the energy moving.

Inhale and exhale slowly while counting backwards from 10. This gives you two new things to focus on. It also has a natural calming feeling, opposite to how rapid breathing makes most people feel. Adding more parts to this exercise can aid in taking away from the two negative feelings. Maybe deciding to tap your foot while exhaling. Or add slow stretching to eliminate nervousness. Stretching each body part in a sequence from the head down is a well know stress reliever. If for some reason to cant stretch your whole body, simply clench your fist. Clench them and the release , as if you're holding all those nervous feelings and nausea tight and then releasing them as you open your hands.
