Lifetime is too short to be sad. Consider it. In addition, anxiety is due to ancient unsolved events in our life. We feed anxiety by thinking and thinking about this past bad moments. A good idea would be to try not to feed this thoughts. Being calm and recovering the joy of life will stop anxiety.
Do some exercise, make new friends and love those who love you. These are the main ingredients of wellness.
Never say you are doing anything right, you are just doing things according to your point of view, some people will appreciate it, some not. You might do what you thing is the best, if you are sure of yourself, everything will go on in the right way.
In order to feel free, you must act as if you are free. The enemy of activity is captivity and anxiety. In order for one to move forward and away from anxious thoughts, the individual must MOVE, they must actively accept that nobody is perfect and put themselves in motion against those persuasive thoughts that anxiety whispers to us. And at the end of the day- it is not perfection that makes us satisfied, it is the effort and the fight we put up for ourselves that satisfies us and matters. What failure is truly a failure when one tries and makes the maximum effort that they can within themselves. Hey, smile, keep your head up, hold the fight, because i think you are absolutely amazing :)

It is important to remember that not everyone can do everything right one hundred percent of the time. What is important is that we always try our best to keep moving forward and be the best person we think we can be at that moment. Sometimes we can not always take steps forward, so we might feel like we are not doing enough but as long as you are always prepared to try and maybe learn from your mistakes, that is the best way you can help yourself to feel less trapped. Anxiety is definitely one of those things that is going to make it difficult, but even small steps at a time can mean major progress.
