Anxiety can be made up of many feelings, and is never just one emotion. Anxiety is is a sense of foreboding that doesn't tend to pass, and you often can't shake it at all. Anxiety can sometimes consist of an intense fear of situations triggered by social gatherings, appointments, crowds, and can even be caused be previous experiences. When put into these situations, the sufferer feels an intense panic, often hyperventilating and suffering an intense fear of dying. Not everyone knows they have anxiety until it is spoken about.
I know am anxious if am nervous or if am having trouble to get off thoughts from my mind and also if am shivering and nervous.
I have anxiety. i know this because i get worried and scared in certain situations. These situations are normally if i am alone in a public place or if somewhere is very cramped and busy. I get a strong pain in my chest and i find it very difficult to breathe.
I get shaky and can't think clearly. I become paranoid and think there's someone in the room with me

You can take a mental/emotional health test, but usually seeing a psychologist or psychiatrist would be best.

i know when i have anxiety because when i sleep i start to have bad dreams and sweat. My heart starts to beat faster and i cant go to bed later
I knew I had anxiety when my thoughts were filled with rapid negativity that caused me to feel ill, sweaty, tight chest, rapid heartbeat, dry mouth, and hard to concentrate on my surroundings and what people were saying to me. It got worse when I was in public which is a "out of comfort zone".
You may have panic attacks, or issues breathing. There may of been an experience in the past that has given you anxiety and situations similiar may make you uncomfortable.
Do you have panic attacks? Do you overthink about things? What do you feel when your anxious? Anxiety usually comes with panic attacks, you feel hot and shakey, you feel like you can't breath and you worry or overthink alot.
you talk to someone who knows how to diagnose you about why you think you have anxiety and then they either diagnose you or they dont

Well, you'll feel sad or lonely all the time. You may also feel like you don't belong. It's kinda like depression.
Anxiety is a mind/body experience that all people experience differently and with varying intensity. Usually our thoughts will race and drive us to make decisions that we would normally not make if we were not having anxiety.

If you think that you have anxiety try seeing a professional. At work, there may be some resources and if you are in school there are definitely councilors. The one suggestion I have is to get off of web.md and everything because you cannot self diagnose. It is really dangerous to do so because you aren't a trained professional. I hope this helps!
in my expert advice i consider you should talk with your doctor he can determine if you have anxiaty

This is a very personal question. Feel anxiety is a natural state that everyone experience at some point throughout their live however if you feel anxious frequently or there are situations in which you consistently feel anxious, it is possible that you are experiencing a higher level of anxiety than others. In clinical terms, anxiety is often defined in terms of how it impacts on your level of functioning. For example, if you were experiencing levels of anxiety that impacted on multiple areas of your life e.g. social, family, work etc, it would be a good idea to seek options to deal with this.
racing thoughts, elevated heartbeat, sweating, twitching of muscles, excessive shyness, overwhelming What if's. (Social Anxiety)
If you mean an anxiety disorder, you have to see a medical doctor to get a diagnosis. Go from there.

If you find yourself feeling consistently anxious for more than 2 weeks at a time, and if that feeling is disrupting your work, studies, or social life, then it is likely you have anxiety. Talk to someone you trust or seek professional guidance, and they can help you to self-assess just what kind of anxiety is affecting you, and how best to address it.
