I feel for you. Some of time, stressing just makes things worse and can even be more detrimental than the disease. Keep optimistic, don't think about it and try to look after your health, physically and mentally before you get the results; with things such as diet and exercise. Whatever the results, try to focus on making the most of your time in this world; don't let the results overwhelm or define you! Hopefully all goes well!

Take your mind off of the task at hand. Step back from the situation, relax, and consider other positive events occurring in your life besides these test results.
