Make sure you have positive influences. Stay away from things that trigger these feeling. Keeping them healthy is an important part of helping. Just keep your mindset positive through everything.

Be conscious about how your outlets affect you over the long run, and is it worth it. Always try to use healthier outlets, obviously running and proper diet and sleeping habits are ways to a healthier body whereas smoking or doing drugs will most likely worsen the problem.

Outlets are great and it is hard to have a certain time to do these things since you need to do them when you feel anxious. Try to incorporate a few different kinds of outlets and maybe limit then time spent on them or switch them.

Seek for help especially if it's really bad. Do breathe exercises of difficulty with breathing in moments. There's much more to do to help.

You can keep it healthy by not attempting to do things that benefit you negatively and find more positive things to seek help like talking to a friend or family member, taking deep breathes or even other activities that benefit you in a good way.
