For me, breathing exercises and being mindful really help. They are very simple, but work!! Try to take deep, full breathes, that always calms my hands and heart from racing :)

From anxiety? For me, personally, when I have a panic attack I do breathing exercises. For example, I close my eyes and inhale for 5 seconds, hold the breath for 5 seconds, then release slowly for 10 seconds. I used to swim so probably cut the times in half when starting! The point is, focusing on my breathing takes my mind from panic (when the sympathetic nervous system is activated if you want to know the physiology) to relaxation (activating the parasympathetic nervous system). I exhale for a longer time than I inhale because the heartbeat slows down with exhalation. Deep inhales help with relieving the feeling of tightness in the chest.

Do you know what is causing your hands to shake? Could it be to do with anxiety or is it more of a physical symptom? If it is to do with anxiety you could try some breathing exercises of mindfulness. If it is more physical, it might be advisable to seek help from a doctor to find out if it is being caused by something.

Shaking hands can be caused by a variety of things. What I find most common are fatigue and anxiety. When you are really tired, your hands can start shaking uncontrollably. It always helps to get enough sleep at night. Anxiety can also cause shaking hands. Whether it's a big presentation coming up, or just talking to someone, nerves and fear can cause hands to shake. To lower anxiety levels, there are many mindfulness exercises you can do. Deep breathing is one example. Another is imagining a calm, repetitive scene, like waves crashing on a shore.

There’s is two possible answers for that question, one of them is related with anxiety. The major thing to do is seek medical help the other possible answer is that you may have some issue in you nervous sistem that’s also need professional help. But if you don’t want to go to a doctor the best thing to do is relax, make a cup of tea, read a book or watch a movie and try to distract yourself try to live the moment! That may help you

Sometimes, when i come under stressful situations, where i might not feel comfortable, then my hands will shake. But i feel that to take deep breaths and realize that i shouldnt worry about things as much as i do helps a lot. Remember you are you, and everbody comes into times which they struggle in, but they always got through. So breath if you start to shake, count to ten, and repeat.

Take a deep breath and try to relax. Shaking hands might be a signal of anxiety or maybe you're just nervous. So what I said, take a deep breath and try to think about something nice or talk to someone about nice things 😄

Drink water, check your medicine levels especially if on Lithium, hold your hands together, do something hands on or use a stress ball to strengthen your hands.

For me, to stop shaking hands, I go somewhere quiet and calm and just breathe for a while. I take deep breaths in for 4 seconds and out for 8.

Try a breathing exercise. 7 cups has one available for you. It helps in my experience. Don't be afraid to use it in times of trouble.

Try out some mediation techniques focusing on calming your self down. A good technique is the 4-7-8 method. Inhale for 4 seconds, hold your breath for 7, exhale for 8. Repeat until you feel calm. If this doesn't help, please reach out to a specialist.

Calm yourself down. Take a deep breath in for 7 seconds, hold it for about 4 seconds, then exhale for 8 seconds. Repeat that until you feel calm. Collect your thoughts, maybe try mediating, clear your mind from all the stress you may be going through.

Calming yourself down as well as sitting down and taking deep breaths in and out can help. You should try and stay calm as much as possible.

If caffeine, alcohol, or other stimulants affect your tremor, consider removing them from your diet. If your tremor is a side effect of medication, speak with your doctor about your options. If your shaky hands are caused by essential tremor, there is no cure

There is a calming exercise you can do, sit straight, relax all of your muscles and breathe in through your mouth into your stomach, then hold it there for about 3-5 seconds. Then slowly breathe out for 3 seconds. Do that over and over again and hopefully you will stop shaking.

Whenever I experience an excessive amount of shaking I close my eyes, take deep breaths in through my nose and out through my mouth, and hold my hands into a fist position for 10 seconds.

I would suggest taking a moment to breath and relax. If this doesn't help try holding an object in your hand.

Well, I have Tourette’s syndrome so I do that a lot. I usually do push ups to tire my hands, or overcome the mental side of the shaking, or what causes the shaking (for me usually anxisouness that causes them)

Firstly, place your hands on a surface. This could be a table, your legs or even the wall. Next, try and place both feet on the ground. This should help you feel grounded. You can imagine roots growing from your feet into the ground. Next, focus on your breathing. Acknowledge other thoughts into your head but let them pass by and concentrate on your breathing again. Breathe in through the nose slowly for about 7 seconds, hold for 3 seconds, and release as much air as you can from your lungs slowly. Repeat this until you feel calmer. Closing your eyes can help too. If you are unable to do this breathing technique due to the situation you are in then I find holding my own hand either behind my own back or in a clasping motion helps a lot.

You can try to eat something, or maybe you are very nervous, you may try to calm down a bit, you can be too excited or to tired, you may fell sick, have fiber. If the problem is too serious you can contact a doctor, or try to oversleep. Is important to care about yourself. You may me too afraid too. I think hands shaking is a very common problem and you shouldn’t be worried about it . If your hands are hurt that may be an way too. Just try to eat or calm down. Hope it helped!

I would say it depends on why your hands are shaking. It could for example be shaking because of low bloodsugar and then the solution would be to eat something. There are some illnesses that can cause trembling and for that diagnosis and treatment it would be best to see a doctor. If your hands are shaking because of anxiety or nervousness you can also talk to a doctor about medication. I know for example that there is something they sometimes prescribe for people who have to perform with something like musical instruments and can't afford their hands to shake. Even if it is a general anxiety you are struggling with, you can discuss it with your doctor who might be willing to prescribe something for you. But you can begin by simply taking control of your breathing. Some people will suggest taking deep breaths, making sure you breathe into your abdomen instead of just high up in your chest. Taking deep breaths can often help a person calm down. But I also know that many people who struggle with anxiety find it difficult to go from anxious to immediately taking a deep breath. In that case you can start very simply by just slowing your breathing a little bit, and then breathe a little bit slower again, and just a little bit slower again, until your breathing feels more normal or you are able to take a deep breath. If you are able to take a deep breath and hold it for a few seconds before blowing out, that can also help you to slow down your heart rate. I hope you'll find something that works for you. Sometimes it can take a bit of practice, so don't give up if you can't get it perfect on your first try.

1. Physically remove yourself from the situation which triggered the sign (hand-shaking): Move to the other room, go for a walk. 2. Take 5 deep breaths. Make sure your inhaling and exhaling is equally deep. By this time, your hands should be shaking less. In case the same intensity continues, then: 3. Place your hand in cold water and stretch them. Make sure the water is not too cold- just mildly colder than the room temperature. Avoid using hot water. 4. Actively listen to music which you find soothing. This can include soft instrumental, piano, delta waves. 5. Involve your hands in a craft activity: Keep a place of clay nearby and work on it when your hands start shaking. 3,4,5 should be done along with 1 and 2. 5.
