Try getting more calm and the shaking hands will get better too. the best thing to do is trying to control your breath, breathe slowly and you'll be less nervous
depends on why they are shaking, if it's from anxiety or stress you need to breathe in and out slowly and find something that can calm you down
Take deep breaths, focusing on letting the air go in and out. Pressing your hands together also helps.

It is hard to achieve sometimes but you have to try as hard as you can to relax.
You can try breathing in a slow rythm or think about something else besides what makes you feel anxious.

You can try deep breathing, meditation, and other relaxation tips. If there is something specific causing it, focus on it.

Relaxation techniques work a lot. If the reason behind it is anxiety, then it can be controlled with such techniques. If not, it's recommend to go to a doctor.
This could be a medical problem (then I recommend you visit your local GP for advice and guideance) or it could be due to stressx
Deep breaths can help you with shaking hands. Meditation is another Solution you can try for relief from shaking hands. :)
shaky hands can be a result of anxiety, medication, or a pre existing medical condition. to stop your hands from shaking, you'll have to treat the underlying cause.
Shaking hands are often related to feelings of anxiety and/or worry, so the best way to prevent or stop them shaking is to focus on treating the physical symptoms of the anxiety. This can be done by either doing breathing excercises, listening to calming music, relaxing by drinking tea, doing a mindfulness exercise, or even just keeping your hands busy with a toy or doodling.

When my hands are shaking I take deep breaths. In then out, in then out. Do this repeatedly until you loosen up.
If you're feeling anxious or panicked and your hands are shaking, try some breathing exercises to help calm you down. Distracting yourself with anything such as a game or toy or anything really can also help as well.
I sometimes find it helpful to try a grounding technique (e.g. find 5 things you can see, 4 you can touch, 3 you can hear, 2 you can smell, 1 you can taste) or the 478 breathing technique (inhale for 4 seconds, hold your breath for 7 seconds, and exhale for 8 seconds) which calm the fight or flight response.

Take a few deep breaths. Breathe in for 7 seconds, hold for 4, and release for 8. Clear your mind and remember, you're gonna be okay in the end, even if it doesn't feel like it right now..
Try some relaxation exercises. Close your eyes, breathe in deeply and put your hands up. Move slowly your hands back down and breathe out at the same rythm.
Or maybe you need to just go out and go run for a while. Do some sports or physical activities.
If you think it's stress-related, try practicing mindfulness. If not, it might be best to check with a medical healthcare professional, as there can be many causes of hand tremors.
Peoples hands shake for different reasons. Too much/too little caffeine, anxiety, low blood sugar, hunger, side effects from medicine etc. It's important to talk to your doctor about this problem to look into all possible underlying causes.
Well, hands shaking can be from different origins. In all cases you need to see a good doctor and have a check up, so you will be sure there s nothing serious
Sometimes your hands can shake because of anxiety or as a result of being worried about something. One way to calm yourself down and prevent your hands from shaking is to practice deep breathing. Taking deep breaths can help you calm yourself down during times of stress. Another option is to learn how to ground yourself. This involves focussing on the things that are real around you. What color is the floor? What is the temperature where you are? What is the lighting like where you are? Doing this can help take your mind off of what worries you and help you focus on what matters. It will also decrease anxiety symptoms, such as uncontrollable hand shaking.

drink water! it could also be anxiety so try some deep breathing to help control your heartbeat
Sometimes you just can't (e.g if you're taking vital meditation that causes hand shaking), but you can control it and acept it. If this is not the case, just try to calm down, face your fears and practice some mindfulness meditation, some if not all will probably help.
Take deep breathes, close your eyes and Imagine yourself in a place that you always want to go too. Don't focus on the stress just focus on your happiness
Hands shaking....whats the cause? Anxiety? Medical Condition?
Anxiety, have a distraction. Walking should help, some physical activity to release the body's endorphins. Using other distractions meditations, rubber bands, fidget cubes or spinners, something to keep your hands busy.
Medical condition, see your general practitioner or primary care physician (doctor) for a cause. could it be nerves or medications or something else. Both you and the doctor can find a solution.
Good Luck 😊
Try meditation, personally, it helps me a lot. If you're in a place where this isn't an option, listen to some music that makes you happy. Or even some nature sounds, they're very relaxing.
