Look at five things you can see, four things you can touch, three things you can hear, two things you can smell, one thing you can taste.

Breathe in, breathe out. Stay calm don't stress out too much. You will be ok if you just keep calm and breathe.

If your hands are shaking try taking deep breaths and holding it in for couple of seconds. Then breathe out slowly. Repeating this will help you focus on something other than whatever is causing your hands to shake and also help you calm down. Once you calm down your hands should calm down as well

Your hands are probably shaking from feeling anxious, and It’s okay if you feel anxious or nervous in some way, I understand how you feel. Don’t be scared, and try to take a deep breath. Everything will be alright I’m here to listen to you, help you, and support you. You may also try to drink some water to calm down. Whatever you feel, I know it might seem hard at the moment but you are strong and will get through it. You are already here asking for help and that shows courage. I know it is difficult but I am here for you.

It would help to have a bit more information about what is causing the person's hands to shake. It could be anything from fear to meds. I can't help here.

In my experience, shaking is a symptom of anxiety. So if you just went through an experience that could have caused you anxiety or you feel anxious or numb when the shaking is happening, anxiety might be the cause. If so, trying to actively stop your hands from shaking will likely just make the shaking worse as you become more and more anxious while doing so. Instead what I do when I experience anxiety symptoms that I want to stop is that I focus instead on relaxation and grounding coping skills to reduce my anxiety and by extension the symptoms.

Take deep breaths, focus on visible objects around you and your senses, helping your mind to come back to reality

When your hands are shaking, take a few deep breaths. Breathe in for four counts and out for four counts. It helps ease your anxiety and relax you.

Well maybe try and detect why your hands are shaking. I would say go to a doctor or professional and get checked out to make sure everything's okay.

I had seen this problem once when my friends hand never use to stop shaking . The reason mostly is lack of confidence or being over whelmed at times . Just be yourself and forget the rest ! Your shake of hand would go away itself

I would try using breathing exercises to focus on a part of your body that you can control. Inhale for ten, exhale for ten.

Hands shaking can be due to many different reasons, including anxiety or health problems. When I'm nervous, anxious, or have to perform a delicate task with my hands, I am prone to this issue too. My personal remedy is taking a deep breath (or three) and continuing with my task. This allows me to have a break wherever I am. If you are experiencing bad anxiety, 7 Cup's Anxiety Guide (https://www.7cups.com/anxiety-help/) or connecting to a listener may help you.

Think happy thoughts. Shaking hands is a sign of anxiety. Thinking of the things that makes you happy slows down the panic attacks. Deep breathes through your nose and exhale from the mouth.

try relaxing breathing techniques. i found that breathing in 4 seconds, holding 4 seconds, and breathing out 4 seconds is helpful to calm yourself down.

To stop shaking and jittery hands, take three deep, slow breaths. Breath in through the nose, and out through the mouth. Clench your fists on the inhale, and un-clench your fists on the exhale. Then release your fists gently. Scan your body for any areas of tension. If you are feeling a tense spot, focus on the area and imagine the muscle loosening. Facial areas, including the toung and jaw are often holding un-noticed tension. Repeat this exercise until any tension is gone. If your hands stop shaking, but jitters persist, look up to the sky for one continuous minute.

my hands shake a lot when I'm nervous so I've picked up many tips and tricks to help with that problem. I sometimes use a stress ball and not one of those like boring foam ones but the ones with gel inside and it has more of a cool feeling to it (they sell them at Walmart, and the best ones are the ones shaped like sports balls) but I usually use that. but when that doesn't come in handy I sometimes drink chamomile tea it calms my nerves and settles the shakiness in my hands.

Your hands are shaking because you are nervous. You have to concentrate on your breathing to calm down first and your hands will stop to shake too. Close your eyes and concentrate on how you inhale air, also you should count slowly it helps too and if you are about to do a performance or make a speech in front of an audience you should think that the information you are about to give them or the movements you are gonna make or anything like that, are crucial for the audience and you won't concentrate about your nervousness so your hands won't be shaking anymore.

When my hands shake, it's often a sign to me that I am feeling nervous or anxious. I try to bring my hands together so that I feel more grounded in the moment and more in control, and I sometimes gently press the fingers of one hand against those of another. This gives me something to focus on initially and then becomes an unconscious movement that I seem to do until I feel better. Feeling that I have more control over the movement helps me to realise that I am safe and I begin to feel stronger and calmer.

First, visit with your primary care doctor for an evaluation for physiological causes. If you doctor tells you it is not physically caused, it is time to think about your emotional and mental wellness. If the shaking is related to anxiety, you may want to consider professional psychotherapy. Psychotherapy can assist with understanding your stress levels and how to better cope with stressful situations. Also, proper sleep, exercise, and nutrition are important, as well as having supportive people in your life. Please also consider improving and strengthening your social connections through volunteering. There are many wonderful volunteering opportunities available in most communities.

I have shaky hands and spent a lot of time trying to find a "cure." Relaxation techniques help, a little. I find that eating regularly throughout the day and keeping hydrated are enough to keep my hands steady enough for neat handwriting. Don't ask me to do any brain surgery, though! I did once ask my trusted physician about my shaky hands. They said it was normal, and as long as it didn't hurt or interfere with my day-to-day activities, not to worry.

What I have found helpful of your hands are shaking from anxiety is to take a couple deep breaths, in through your nose...hold it...out through your mouth. It will slow your heart rate, shaking hands and also gives you something to focus on which is needed sometimes.

There are a few different explanations for why someone's hands can shake. For me personally, this usually happens as a consequence of social anxiety and performance anxiety. If this is the case for you, try out the following, it has worked for me in the past! Take a second to simply focus on you're breathing. Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and try to relax. Think a happy thought, think about doing something that you do routinely, count to 10 if you have to. If it is social anxiety that is causing your hands to shake, try to channel the comfort you feel when you are by yourself. Overall, try to relax, and remember, you got this!

Breathing. It helps to manage the feelings inside of you. Breahte in and breathe out. Think about how the air goes through your Lungs and how they end in your heart. Everytime you breathe out think about all the emotions you blow out in the same time. They dont need that much space in your heart. Now take your own hands and hold them. Your not alone, you have yourself. You are strong and powerful. Do the exercises one more time and breathe in and out. You feel the air everywhere in your body now. Your body is ready for working again.

That can be from a variety of things. If they just randomly shake with no emotional connection at all, then consult a physician about it. Everyone's hands shake just a little bit, but if it's giving you trouble doing things, then it might be time to ask for medical assistance.
