please go and see your doctor or GP as only they can fully facilitate the help you deserve. OCD is a serious disease and needs to be dealt with as so.

The best way to begin managing your OCD is to begin building a toolbox of strategies that will help you to deal with your obsessions in the long run. (1) Learning to gradually eliminate your unhelpful coping strategies (such as compulsions); and (2) Learning to think about your obsessions in a more balanced and helpful way

Go to a psy that will help you a lot (professional help) and of course tell your parents and your siblings because they have an impact on your OCD if you live in the same house. It also depends on wich type of OCD you have. There are degrees. So you can get help for your OCD from a specialist (a psy, a therapist). Maybe you’ll have to follow a certain treatment and maybe he will just advise you and tell you what to do every night and day to feel better and to keep moving forward. That’s it!
