Overview

Are you experiencing unpleasant thoughts (i.e., obsessions) that keep coming into your mind and annoying habits or rituals (i.e., compulsions) that get in the way of your life? Do they take up a lot of time and prevent you from doing things you enjoy? This guide is designed to help you overcome your obsessions and compulsions. The 8 lessons within this guide have been adapted from Derisley, Heyman, Robinson, and Turner (2008).
