The MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Sussex, WI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities has access to annual obesity screenings, personalized treatment options, and supportive resources tailored to their individual needs. We offer a variety of weight management services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which connects Veterans with clinicians from the comfort of their homes. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, we provide the MOVE! Coach mobile app. In addition, we offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who face ongoing challenges with weight management.
