This free program, available in both English and Spanish, offers a comprehensive 12-month learning experience focused on diabetes management. Participants will receive six informative e-booklets tailored to their needs, along with a monthly e-newsletter packed with seasonal tips and resources. Our program also highlights local community events to foster connection and support. By submitting their phone number, enrollees can join our monthly Ask the Experts Q&A series, where they can pose their diabetes-related questions to qualified ADA experts, learn about the relationship between diabetes and heart health, and access helpful giveaways.
