MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Sturgeon Bay, WI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to empower Veterans by annually screening them for obesity and connecting them with tailored weight management resources. We provide a variety of practical options such as group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-managed approach. For Veterans requiring further assistance, we also offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery. Our goal is to ensure that all Veterans receive the personalized care they deserve, and we encourage those interested in improving their health to reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to get started on their journey.
