At the Perry Family Free Clinic (PFFC) in Stoughton, WI, we are dedicated to offering free primary healthcare and comprehensive support services to uninsured and underinsured Black men in Dane County. As an extension of the Rebalanced-Life Wellness Association's renowned Men’s Health and Education Center, PFFC prides itself on creating a trusted and accessible environment where men can receive essential services, including primary care, physical therapy, mental health counseling, diabetic foot care, and nutrition support.
