Ashley Thompson is a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor who understands how challenging it can be to feel out of place in one's own life. Many individuals, despite living seemingly perfect lives on the outside, often find themselves deflated by the burden of avoiding tension and judgment. Ashley recognizes that, in the pursuit of success, clients may inadvertently lose touch with their authentic selves. With a warm and relational style, she creates a safe space for individuals, particularly adults and elders, to address their feelings of discontent and reorient themselves in a way that feels true to who they are. Through Internal Family Systems therapy, Ashley helps clients explore stuck points, enhance internal compassion, and foster self-discovery. With Level 2 training from the IFS Institute, she brings extensive knowledge in somatic IFS and navigating inner critics. In her experiential sessions, clients uncover parts of themselves they may not have previously acknowledged.
