Kate Sayers is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience specializing in supporting adults and elders, particularly within the LGBTQIA+ community. With a focus on healing from trauma and managing anxiety, she empowers her clients to lead fulfilling lives that reflect their true values. Kate is deeply committed to serving individuals in the transgender, gender non-conforming, and non-binary communities.
