Located in Oak Creek, WI, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to assisting low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential resources tailored to their unique needs. Our mission is to improve quality of life through access to vital food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. By ensuring that those managing swallowing difficulties have the tools and nourishment they require, we aim to foster independence and well-being within our community.
