Since 2003, Michelle has actively worked to assist children in her community, allowing them and their families to define their therapeutic goals while she provides empathetic and clear guidance. Her exceptionally non-judgmental attitude, along with a healthy sense of humor, forms the cornerstone of her success when working with challenging children and their families. Certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Michelle specializes in addressing the effects of trauma, both single incidents and complex trauma. She also enjoys supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, and blended family dynamics, and has a keen interest in ADHD treatment. Additionally, she offers Brainspotting and schedules her sessions with the flexibility needed to accommodate her clients, including select Saturdays each month.
