The Perry Family Free Clinic (PFFC) in Middleton, WI, is dedicated to offering free primary healthcare and support services tailored specifically for uninsured and underinsured Black men in Dane County. As an extension of the Rebalanced-Life Wellness Association’s Men's Health and Education Center, PFFC provides essential services including primary care, physical therapy, mental health counseling, diabetic foot care, and nutrition support within a welcoming and accessible environment. Our mission is to promote health equity and empower individuals by ensuring they have access to the comprehensive healthcare they deserve.
