MOVE! Weight Management Program in Lake Geneva, WI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to provide tailored care options that address the unique needs of each individual by annually screening every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity and connecting them with appropriate weight management services. We offer a variety of programs, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. Additionally, we have the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-directed management, as well as access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing weight challenges.
