Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors in Lake Geneva, WI, by providing free wellness kits every two months. Our mission is to uplift those facing financial hardships, particularly individuals from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds or those living in underserved rural communities. Each wellness kit is thoughtfully designed to promote physical and emotional well-being and may contain items such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, sleep masks, and additional resources. We believe in making a difference in the lives of survivors by ensuring they have the tools they need on their recovery journey. With free regular shipping available for residents across the United States and Canada, we strive to reach as many individuals as possible, offering care and support to those who need it most.
