Located in Holmen, WI, the Emergency Food Assistance Program is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to families and individuals in need. Our program focuses on delivering emergency food supplies once a month per household, ensuring that everyone receives the nutritious food necessary to meet their basic dietary needs. Enrollment is confidential and only requires proof of address and identification. We welcome individuals already participating in FoodShare, School Nutrition, WIC, and Senior Meals programs to access our services without affecting their eligibility in those programs.
