Clients are welcome to visit our pantry without a referral initially, but we encourage obtaining a referral from Washington County Social Services, which is valid for six months. We operate on a first come-first served basis using a take-a-number system, ensuring a respectful and organized experience. Each visit includes a check-in with our registration staff to verify referral status and access the latest availability of our services.
