The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Germantown, WI, is dedicated to training and empowering individuals to advocate for a food system that is socially, environmentally, and economically just. Our program offers an immersive six-month experience at the Allegheny Farm in Highland County, VA, where selected Fellows engage in hands-on education about organic food systems and collaborate with community partners to promote health and nutrition. This includes activities such as growing diverse crops, implementing educational initiatives on ecological literacy, supporting local farmers markets, and mentoring future Fellows. We believe in making this opportunity accessible, which is why we do not charge tuition.
