Participants receive six informative e-booklets tailored to their journey after diagnosis, along with a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and resources. The program also highlights local community events to foster engagement. Enrollees who provide their phone numbers are invited to participate in a monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where they can directly engage with American Diabetes Association experts, learn about the vital connection between diabetes and heart health, and enjoy giveaways that promote thriving with diabetes.
