With her background as an African American woman, Ciara brings a rich diversity to her practice, respecting the uniqueness of every individual. Her approach is deeply rooted in non-judgmental empathy and genuine connection, aligning with her belief in the healing power of compassion: 'Our sorrows and wounds are healed only when we touch them with compassion' (Buddha, 2020).
