Jordan Ryan, LCSW, PMH-C, is a compassionate clinical social worker who understands that navigating life's challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming. He believes that everyone deserves a supportive companion during difficult times to help restore joy, hope, and motivation. With a non-judgmental approach, Jordan's extensive training and experience foster a sense of connection, trust, and calm, enabling clients to process challenging events and emotions effectively. By working together, clients gain access to brain and body-based skills that enhance mental wellness and cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves, equipping them for whatever lies ahead. A graduate of UW Madison's Infant, Early Childhood and Family Mental Health Program, Jordan is trained in Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and serves as a registered Circle of Security Parenting facilitator. His specialties include addressing issues related to pregnancy, birth, and parenting, as well as family dynamics, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, and attachment. Understanding the courage it takes to begin therapy, Jordan is dedicated to making self-care a priority and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health services.
