Located in Eau Claire, WI, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals with dysphagia and their families. We focus on improving the quality of life for low-income individuals by offering critical resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified food, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to ensure that everyone in our community can access the necessary support and nutritional resources they need to thrive despite the challenges posed by dysphagia.
