At Stand Beside Them in De Pere, WI, our dedicated health and wellness coaches are committed to empowering veterans through a compassionate, solution-focused approach that addresses both external and internal challenges. We understand the unique obstacles faced by veterans and offer personalized coaching that promotes positive change. Our program covers a wide range of topics including nutrition and weight-loss, stress management, grief, ADHD, work/family balance, physical fitness, and spiritual well-being. We also remove barriers to access, providing coaching via Skype or telephone for those who may have transportation issues. Our mission is to support veterans on their journey toward health and wellness with understanding and care.
