Located in Beaver Dam, WI, the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship is dedicated to empowering individuals to transform the food system into one that is socially, environmentally, and economically just. Through a comprehensive, tuition-free program, we train Fellows at the Allegheny Farm in Highland County, VA, equipping them with essential knowledge in organic food systems, community gardening, and food literacy. Our Fellows engage in hands-on experiences where they grow and distribute diversified crops, implement innovative health care education, and support local farmers' markets and community food initiatives. The Fellowship culminates in a Community Action Year, allowing participants to apply their skills in partnership with regional non-profit organizations. We invite passionate individuals to apply by March to embark on this transformative journey from May to October each year, and together, we can enhance access to healthy foods and foster resilient communities.
