Jenny Graf is a licensed psychotherapist who views therapy as a transformative journey toward healing and acceptance. With a Masters in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin earned in 2015, Jenny brings a wealth of experience in her practice, having worked with children, adolescents, and adults. She is certified in Brainspotting, a technique she frequently incorporates into her sessions, alongside her training in play therapy, sand tray therapy, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. Additionally, Jenny has undergone 20 hours of trauma center trauma-sensitive yoga training, enhancing her holistic approach. Passionate about creativity, she integrates elements of fantasy and fiction into therapy, aiming to engage both sides of the brain for a richer therapeutic experience. Jenny specializes in areas such as trauma therapy, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, sexual abuse (including cases with female perpetrators), dissociation, dissociative identity disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and human trafficking.
