Dr. Be. is a dedicated psychologist specializing in child and adolescent mental health with a PhD and a strong background in trauma and PTSD, behavioral issues, and holistic therapy approaches. With a person-centered and strength-based methodology, she engages children and adolescents in therapy that is tailored to their unique mental health needs. Having completed her Masters in School Counseling in 2008 and her Doctorate in Counseling Psychology in 2013, she has further enhanced her practice by becoming a registered yoga teacher in 2013.
