Home Meal Delivery, located in Antigo, WI, is dedicated to providing free, healthy, and delicious home-delivered meals to seniors and individuals with disabilities who are Medicaid recipients. Our mission is to empower our clients to maintain their independence and quality of life by ensuring they have access to nutritious meals right at their doorsteps. To participate in our program, Medicaid recipients need to contact their Medicaid agency or representative to request a meal waiver application, connecting them to the supportive services they need to thrive at home.
