The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Antigo, WI is dedicated to training and empowering individuals to be advocates for a fair and sustainable food system. This program offers tuition-free, organic food system education, focusing on creating a socially, environmentally, and economically just community. Selected Fellows engage in a six-month immersive experience at the Allegheny Farm Campus, where they learn to grow and distribute diverse crops, implement innovative educational sessions, support community gardens, and enhance food literacy within local schools. Following their training, Fellows participate in a Community Action Year, applying their skills alongside regional non-profit organizations to foster increased access to healthy foods and mentor the next generation of leaders in food advocacy. We encourage all interested individuals to apply by March for an enriching experience that runs from May to October, contributing to a vibrant local food movement.
