With extensive experience as a family therapist, Jennifer has worked with families and children within the foster care system, as well as those at risk of losing their children. Her role as a mental health professional in hospital emergency rooms has enriched her skill set by allowing her to provide hands-on crisis intervention to individuals dealing with extreme emotional distress. Jennifer utilizes a variety of counseling models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems therapy, ensuring a tailored approach to everyone's needs. When working with children and adolescents, she incorporates Play and Art therapy techniques to facilitate effective communication and healing.
