Leticia Holleman, LICSW, is a dedicated licensed independent social worker and is currently in her fourth year as a Counseling Psychology (Psy.D.) doctoral student at NW University in Kirkland. She obtained her Bachelor of Social Science degree from the University of Maryland in 2009 and has extensive experience working at the Seattle Children's Research Institute, where she focused on innovative treatment models for adolescents struggling with depression, addiction, and obesity. Ms. Holleman has supported individuals facing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges, including personality disorders, neurologically-based difficulties, and chemical dependency across diverse settings. With 25 years of experience as a military spouse and the journey of raising four children—one of whom serves in the U.S. Navy—her passion for helping veterans is deeply personal. She embraces working with clients of all ages, providing compassionate therapeutic support for mental health difficulties, including trauma, stress, and hypervigilance related to PTSD. In her spare time, Ms. Holleman enjoys jogging and hiking with her beloved Siberian Husky, Zeus, who was a delightful addition to the family thanks to her son. She also loves reading, cooking, and has traveled to stunning destinations including Italy, Israel, Australia, and Africa, always dreaming of the next adventure on the horizon.
