Ashley Turner, MSW, LICSW, SUDP-T, is a dedicated Clinical Psychology PsyD doctoral student at Antioch University Seattle, currently in her third year of training. She is deeply committed to enhancing understanding of clinical evidence-based interventions and honing her competency in psychological assessments. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Williams College and has a certificate in addiction counseling from Spokane Falls Community College. She also earned a Master of Arts in Social Work and a certificate in trauma from Boston College. With diverse experience across outpatient facilities, hospitals, and colleges, Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice. As a Black woman, she intimately understands the influence of cultural identity on self-perception and one’s place in the world. Ashley recognizes that healing and personal growth are unique to each individual. She specializes in trauma, depression, sexual questioning, gender questioning, anxiety, emotion regulation, and self-esteem. Ashley provides compassionate psychotherapy to teenagers (ages 17+) and adults, alongside comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, which include evaluations for individual education plans (IEP), institutional accommodations, disability assessments, and clarity of diagnosis.
