Sherri Hainje

Sherri Hainje, MA, LMHC, is a dedicated Counselor with a commitment to providing a safe and welcoming environment for individuals seeking support with challenges such as depression, trauma, and relationship issues. She understands that therapy is most effective when it is tailored to each person's unique needs. Sherri creates a space where clients can arrive as they are, feeling heard and supported, whether they know the reasons behind their feelings or not. With experience working with both teens and adults, including her recent role as a school-based therapist in middle and high schools, she utilizes a relational approach to therapy. This approach emphasizes the therapeutic relationship as a valuable tool for healing past and present issues. Trained in a variety of techniques, including compassion-focused, trauma-focused, and lifespan integration therapies, Sherri believes in treating the whole person. Reaching out for help can take courage, and she welcomes everyone, valuing their journey and experiences. Sherri is honored to work with clients on their path to reducing distress and enhancing their satisfaction with life.
