Senior Nutrition & Wellness

Located in Seattle, WA, the Senior Nutrition & Wellness program is dedicated to enhancing the overall quality of life for seniors by addressing their emotional, physical, social, intellectual, spiritual, and vocational health. Our mission revolves around providing essential nutrition education and balanced daily meals through our congregate dining services, weekly grocery bags from our food bank, and home-delivered meals for homebound seniors. We offer a variety of services, including nutritional workshops, exercise classes to promote healthy living, and access to nutritious groceries, all aimed at creating a supportive environment for aging individuals to thrive in their communities.
