Located in Renton, WA, the Welcome Home Program is dedicated to supporting individuals transitioning from hospital care by providing essential food assistance through nutritious meal packages delivered directly to their homes. Within just 48 hours of a referral, participants receive 12 weeks of specially curated meals designed to promote healing and recovery. Additionally, our program includes personalized sessions with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to ensure that each individual receives tailored nutritional guidance.
