Heather Schilling, MS, LMFT, is a dedicated marriage and family therapist who approaches counseling through a systems and solution-focused lens. She believes that open communication and trust are foundational for healing, allowing her clients to feel supported in their journey toward hope and balance. With a specialty in assisting children over the age of five, adolescents, and adults affected by trauma and PTSD, Heather is passionate about helping individuals create shared meaning in their lives. She holds a degree from an accredited program by the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and has extensive training in supporting survivors of sexual abuse and domestic violence. As a Level II trained EMDR practitioner and a Registered Play Therapist and Supervisor in the State of Washington, Heather brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice. While she currently isn't able to offer services related to divorce, custody evaluations, or co-parenting therapy, her commitment to guiding clients through healing remains steadfast.
