Heather Daley, MA, LMHC, is a dedicated counselor who embodies the belief that every individual possesses the potential for tremendous transformation when provided with the right tools and insights. Her therapy practice is deeply rooted in a person-centered approach, placing clients at the helm of their journey. Heather emphasizes the importance of identifying both energetic and tangible obstacles that may hinder one's ideal path, guiding individuals to uncover and harness strengths they may not yet recognize. With over a decade of experience in therapeutic and behavioral health alike, Heather brings a wealth of knowledge, complemented by her background as a horse trainer and riding instructor. She is also trained and certified in Equine Assisted Mental Health and holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Prescott College. Additionally, Heather is a certified School Counselor and values inclusivity, welcoming individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences. She currently provides telehealth sessions and in-person Equine-Assisted Therapy while adhering to safety protocols.
