Our program offers comprehensive healthy and nutrition education, along with engaging recreational activities designed to foster family bonding and well-being. Participation in our program requires a referral from a medical provider, allowing us to partner effectively with primary care physicians, specialists, nursing staff, registered dietitians, school nurses, and physical therapists.
