Anna Schoner is a dedicated counselor with a passion for supporting individuals facing a range of challenges. She specializes in areas such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, self-image, major life transitions, stress, grief and loss, career counseling, and the pursuit of purpose and meaning in life. Anna believes that counseling is a collaborative process, requiring active engagement from both the counselor and the client. Her commitment lies in assisting clients as they navigate their unique interpersonal concerns. Employing an integrative humanistic-existential approach, Anna recognizes the individuality of each person and adapts evidence-based treatment techniques accordingly. Her goal is to foster strong therapeutic relationships, customizing therapy to meet the specific needs of her clients. Anna earned a B.A. degree from Seattle Pacific University in 2011 and spent several years conducting research on cognition, memory, self-regulation, and working with cancer survivors and individuals living with HIV. She furthered her education with a Master's degree in mental health counseling from Central Washington University in 2017.
